About
My Background
Born and raised in Nashik--the Napa Valley of India, my journey has been shaped by a balance of academic rigor and a passion for sports. As the School Sports Vice Captain at St. Xavier’s, I learned early on the importance of leadership, strategy, and teamwork—skills that have become central to my professional life.I pursued my undergraduate studies in Psychology at Sir Parashurambhau College in Pune, where my interest in understanding human behavior took root. During this time, I authored my first research article on social media usage and its impact on nightmare disorder, sparking a deep interest in how psychology intersects with modern challenges. Volunteering with the Indian Association for Applied Psychology further deepened my practical understanding of applying psychological principles to real-world scenarios.
Currently
Currently, I’m completing my postgraduate studies in Work Psychology at Loughborough University, focusing on ESG factors and their impact on employee well-being. This research has reinforced my commitment to exploring how psychological insights can enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.

Influence of Social Media Addiction on Nightmare Disorder Among Adolescents
Kulthe, S., & Kolekar, R. (2022). Influence of social media addiction on nightmare disorder among adolescents: A comparative study. International Journal of Creative Research Thoughts, 10(11), 822-828.
In my first published research, I explored the growing concern of social media addiction and its impact on adolescent mental health, specifically focusing on the correlation between excessive social media use and the prevalence of nightmare disorder. Through a comprehensive study involving 84 adolescents, I identified a significant positive correlation between heavy social media usage and the frequency of nightmares. This research sheds light on the urgent need for educational and medical interventions to address the psychological effects of social media addiction, especially among younger populations. The findings have important implications for both mental health professionals and educators, as they navigate the complexities of digital influence on adolescent well-being.
Exploring the Impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Ratings on Employee
Well-being Across Different Firm Sizes
In Review
In my forthcoming article, "Exploring the Impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Ratings on Employee Well-being Across Different Firm Sizes," I conduct a comprehensive literature review to analyze existing research on the relationship between ESG practices and employee well-being. The review synthesizes findings from various studies, comparing how ESG initiatives impact employee satisfaction, engagement, and mental health in small, medium, and large firms. This analysis aims to identify patterns and gaps in the literature, offering a nuanced understanding of how ESG factors contribute to workplace well-being across different organizational scales.
